On or about the week of February 25, 2013 a Bridge Deck replacement project will begin on Route 57 in
Mansfield Township. As a result a Detour will be established starting at Route 57 and Airport Road for
Westbound traffic. The Detour will send traffic up Airport Rd to Rockport Road and then to Main
Street/Port Murray Road. All Eastbound traffic will continue to flow normally.
At this time it is unknown what type of barricade will be set-up at Route 57 & Airport Road or if residents
will be able to access Kings Highway. New Jersey DOT has advised that the project will last until October
of 2013. The contractor is H &G Contractors from Ridgewood, NJ who is working together with New
Jersey DOT.
