Ladies and Gentleman, come and join us!! Low Impact Strength & Cardio Interval Training is an AWESOME way to strengthen the entire body. We will strengthen and tone our muscles. We will work our cardiorespiratory endurance. And all of this will be done in intervals!! We will be in motion the entire hour!

For this class you will need to bring some equipment 2 medium-weighted Dumbbells (5, 6, or 7 lbs. each), and a Yoga mat. Hope to see you!! 

Low Impact Strength & Cardio Training will be held at the Senior Center, 35 East Springtown Rd., L.V., NJ, on Wednesday's Spetember 13th - November 15, 2017(10 wks) from 3pm-4pm.  A nonrefundable fee of $110 is due before September 8, 2017.
