Flu vaccines for ages 5 years and older
Senior Flu Vaccines will be available for those age 65 and older
Pfizer COVD vaccine for ages 12 and older

There is no cost for the Flu and or COVID vaccines for most insurance plans.
Note, we are unable to accept the following insurance plans:
1. All HMO’s
2. NJ Family Care /Medicaid Insurance.
3. Magnacare/OSCAR/PHCS/Clover Insurances
4. Dual Plan Horizon Medicare Advantage
5. United Health Care/Oxford/UMR Insurance plans.
6. United Medicare Advantage HMO-POS Plans (other plans such as PPO are accepted)

At the Clinic:
Please bring all insurance cards to the clinic to determine eligibility. Cash Price is $40.00 for the Regular Flu vaccine A parent/guardian is required to be present with children under the age of 18. A provider from Green Brook Family Medicine will be available at the clinic to address any vaccine related questions.
