Get in the Game! Exciting Pickleball Launches in Washington Township This Summer

Looking for a high-energy, social, and fun way to stay active this summer? Washington Township Recreation and TJD Sports Academy are launching their first-ever summer pickleball sessions, bringing even more opportunities for players to get in the game! Whether you are new to pickleball or looking to refine your skills, these electrifying lessons and “Play with a Pro” sessions will keep you moving and engaged all season long.

America’s fastest-growing sport is easy to learn, fast-paced, and perfect for players of all experience levels. In addition, it is a fantastic way to meet new people and stay active while having a blast!

Beginner to Advanced Beginner Lessons – Learn essential skills, refine your game, and boost your confidence at Rock Spring Park Tennis Courts in Long Valley. Two sessions available:

Thursdays, July 10 – August 14 (rain date August 21), 9:30–10:30 AM or 10:30–11:30 AM Saturdays, July 12 – August 9 (rain date August 16), 9:00–10:00 AM or 10:00–11:00 AM

These five-week lessons will progressively build your tactical and technical fundamentals—so you can dominate the court in no time!

For those already familiar with the game, "Play with a Pro" sessions provide an opportunity to sharpen strategies and elevate play with expert coaching during guided open play.

Spots are limited, so register early! A nonrefundable fee is required by July 8, 2025 to secure your place and to avoid the $25 late fee.
