4th Round Affordable Housing Documents:

• On January 20, 2025 the Township adopted Resolution R-36-25 which relates to the Township’s Fourth Round Affordable Housing Obligations.  In accordance with New Jersey law, on January 22, 2025 the Township filed an Action with the Superior Court of New Jersey along with R-36-25 to initiate participation in the State’s Affordable Housing Dispute Resolution Program.  A copy of R-36-25 can be obtained at the following link
