REGISTRATION FORM: 2025 Fall Evening Yoga Class

Let your breath be the bridge between your body and your mind—because Wednesday evenings are about to become your new sanctuary.

Washington Township Recreation welcomes you to Evening Yoga, a journey where movement meets mindfulness. This all-levels class is open to individuals aged 12 and up, inviting both first-time explorers and longtime practitioners to reset, recharge, and rediscover stillness. You’ll be guided through calming sequences designed to strengthen your body and center your awareness, helping you move through the rest of the week with intention and grace.

Do not bring your mind to yoga. Bring yoga to your mind. Do not hold your breath, hold your posture. Do not rigidify your mind. Do what feels good in the moment.

Just bring a yoga mat, a towel or small blanket, two blocks, and a strap—and bring yourself exactly as you are.

Evening Yoga will be held from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM every Wednesday, from September 24 through November 19, 2025, at the Washington Township Community Center, 35 East Springtown Rd., Long Valley, NJ.

Registration is required by September 22, 2025, along with a nonrefundable fee. A $25 late fee applies after this deadline, and unfortunately, no registrations will be accepted once classes begin.
