Washington Township Recreation Announces Exciting Bus Trip to Sight & Sound Theatre’s “Noah”

Washington Township Recreation invites residents and non-residents alike to embark on an unforgettable journey to Lancaster, PA, for a special viewing of Noah at the renowned Sight & Sound Theatre. This highly anticipated production will take place on Thursday, November 6, 2025, and promises to immerse audiences in the timeless story brought to life with breathtaking sets, live animals, and powerful performances.

The adventure begins at 9:00 AM, when the bus departs from the Washington Township Community Center in Rock Spring Park. Upon arrival in Lancaster, attendees will enjoy a delightful lunch at Hershey Farms, with the option to dine at the Café Shop or the famous Smorgasbord buffet. There will also be time to explore and shop before heading to the theatre for the 3:00 PM performance.

Returning for one season only, Noah offers a thrilling depiction of one of history’s most famous voyages. As the floodwaters rise, Noah faces the challenge of building an ark large enough to save his family and the animals from catastrophe. Featuring cutting-edge stage design and a moving story line, this production is a must-see as part of Sight & Sound’s 30th anniversary season!

The bus will depart for home immediately following the show, with an estimated return time of 7:00 PM.

Tickets for this trip are nonrefundable and available on a first-come, first-served basis, with payment due no later than October 27, 2025, pending availability.
