Breathe Deep, Stretch Long—Evening Yoga Returns This Winter!

As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, Wednesday nights are transforming into your personal retreat. Washington Township Recreation is delighted to bring back Evening Yoga, a seasonal favorite designed to warm your body and calm your mind.

This winter, join us for a soul-soothing experience that blends gentle movement with mindful breathing. Open to everyone ages 12 and up, this inclusive class welcomes both curious newcomers and seasoned yogis. Each session offers a chance to unwind, build strength, and reconnect with your inner stillness—just when you need it most.

Let go of the day’s tension and embrace the present moment. Don’t force your body—flow with it. Don’t chase stillness—invite it in. All you need is a yoga mat, a towel or small blanket, two blocks, a strap, and a willingness to show up just as you are.

Classes run every Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, starting January 14 through March 18, 2026, at the Washington Township Community Center, 35 East Springtown Rd., Long Valley, NJ.

Registration is due by January 12, 2026, along with a nonrefundable fee. A $25 late fee applies after the deadline, and unfortunately, we cannot accept sign-ups once the session begins.
