Inhale to peace and exhale to power.” Come join our Girls Rock Yoga spring session, which will include a series of yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises, which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve concentration, games, and making connections with their peers.
Washington Township Recreation “Girls Rock Yoga” is for ages 8-13 and is scheduled to be held on Wednesday’s from April 19 – June 7, 2023 from 5:30-6:30pm at Washington Township Senior Center (RSP) 35, East Springtown Rd., L.V. This eight-week class has a nonrefundable fee due before April 17, 2023. Registration forms will not be accepted once the classes have begun.
