E Mill Rd to Schooley's Mtn Road, No Turn on Red During Certain Hours

Right turns on red on East Mill Road at the intersection of Schooley’s Mountain Road are now prohibited between the hours 2 and 4 p.m. weekdays to improve pedestrian school traffic.
