AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, COUNTY OF MORRIS, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING CHAPTER 217 “ZONING”, ARTICLE IV “ZONING REGULATIONS”, SECTION 217-28 “GENERAL USE RESTRICTIONS” – SECOND READING AND PUBLIC HEARING |
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, IN THE COUNTY OF MORRIS AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED OF ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION FOR A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY DESIGNATED AS BLOCK 15, LOT 9 ON THE WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP TAX MAP – SECOND READING AND PUBLIC HEARING |

A second reading and public hearing will be held on the following ordinance at the Township Committee's Regular Meeting on Monday, May 16 at 7 p.m. An ordinance is a local law. It is an act or regulation of the governing body of any municipality required to be in writing and read at more than one meeting thereof and published.
BOND ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE MAKING OF VARIOUS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND THE ACQUISITION OF NEW ADDITIONAL OR REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY, NEW INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT AND NEW AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLES, INCLUDING ORIGINAL APPARATUS AND EQUIPMENT, IN, BY AND FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, IN THE COUNTY OF MORRIS, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF $1,160,000.00 TO PAY THE COST THEREOF, TO APPROPRIATE TOWNSHIP RESERVE FUNDS, TO MAKE A DOWN PAYMENT, TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS TO FINANCE SUCH APPROPRIATION AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES IN ANTICIPATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH BONDS - INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING |
