Webinar Recording of Gardens with Buzz Presentation

  On May 12, 2022, the Mendham Township and Washington Township Environmental Commissions jointly presented the "Gardens With Buzz" webinar with Mary Anne Borge.  Ms. Borge spoke about how birds, butterflies, bees, and other critters vital to human survival, have evolved with plants to develop mutually beneficial relationships. She educated viewers about some of the best plants to add to our gardens to provide food and shelter for these animals and the benefits these plants and animals provide for people. Mendham Township &Washington Township Environmental Commissions have registered their towns as Community Wildlife Habitat with the National Wildlife Federation. Learn how you can certify your yard and help our towns become Certified Wildlife Habitats.
