2025 "Tai Chi" Demonstration Up-Close

For the first time Washington Township Recreation Dept. is offering the experience of Authentic Tai Chi with Dr. Gang Huang. Take the opportunity to learn about the benefits of Tai Chi by watching a brief demonstration up-close and participating in a practice session to learn the fundamentals that enhance strength, balance, coordination, and inner peace.

Join founder of "Seeking Tai Chi," for an introductory Tai Chi class tailored for beginners on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at the Washington Township Community Center, 35 East Springtown Road, Long Valley, NJ.

Do not miss this unique chance to improve your well-being through Tai Chi!  Registration along with your non-refundable fee is due before April 28, 2025
