Margaret Nordstrom - Morris County Chamber of Commerce’s 2021 Alex DeCroce Public Leadership Award Recipient

 Margaret Nordstrom, Washington Township Mayor 1994-1999, and Matt Murello, current Washington Township Mayor.

Mayor Murello joined with Morris County business leaders and elected officials to congratulate Margaret Nordstrom, the Morris County Chamber of Commerce’s 2021 Alex DeCroce Public Leadership Award recipient. Margaret served on the Washington Township Committee from 1991-2002, serving as Vice Mayor from 1992-92 and 2002, and as Mayor from 1994-1999. She also served as a Morris County Commissioner from 1999 to 2012 (Commission Director from 2006 to 2008) and as a Historic Preservation Commissioner. Margaret was the Executive Director of the New Jersey Highlands Council , and is currently the Administrator of the Borough of Chester.
